Heathenry is a modern Viking Age reconstructed religion based on the spiritual practices and beliefs of our pre-Christian Scandinavian and Germanic forebearers. On Winternights we honor our ancestors and thank the Vanic god Freyr for the success of our yearly harvest. Learn about ancient Scandinavian customs, experience a modern Heathen ritual, and help us build community here at the UU church. Bring an open mind and a dish to pass.
